My Philosophy: “I want every student to experience success, along with learning
to be a hard working, responsible individual.”
Text: McGraw Hill/Glencoe Life Science
Internet access:
Grading Scale: A – 93% -100% B – 85% - 92% C – 76% - 84%
D - 65% - 75% F – 0% -64%
Homework: All assignments are due on time! I usually give students time in class to begin their work in case they have questions. Extra Credit will be available for each chapter to help them with any points missed along the way!
Mrs. O’s philosophy on late work… “I hold students accountable for their work. Students need to learn the importance of having their assignments in on time! Assignments turned in on time will ensure that I can assess the students progress.” If assignments are not complete, the student will be required to stay after school.
Progress Reports: Progress reports will be sent home at the end of each chapter. Parents/guardian will need to sign and return it to school. Parent Portal will also keep parents up to date with student’s progress.
